Privacy policy
Effective November 5, 2026.
What this site collects
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or contact forms, and it does not ask you for personal information. If you email us, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, firm, email address and a description of your matter.
How we use it
We use what you send only to respond to you, check for conflicts and evaluate whether Ron can assist with your matter. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it except as needed to respond to you or as required by law.
Third-party services
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and is served by our hosting provider. Like any web server, these services may record technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the page. Their own privacy policies apply to that data.
Retention and security
We keep correspondence only as long as needed for the matter or as required by law, and we take reasonable steps to protect it. Email is not a fully secure channel, so do not send confidential case materials until we have confirmed we can take the matter.
Your choices
You may ask us to see, correct or delete correspondence you sent, subject to any legal duty to keep it. Write to the email address on this site.
Children
This site is intended for attorneys and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date above will change with it.
